Pax Travel Jobs.com, is operated by Pax Global Media Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Site is a job board connecting travel industry professionals with employers.

- Account information. When you create a candidate or employer account, we collect your name, email address, password, and any profile details you choose to add.
- Resumes and candidate profiles. If you post a resume or apply for a job, we collect the information it contains, such as your work history, education, skills, photo (if provided), and contact details.
- Employer and company information. If you register as an employer or post a job, we collect your company name, contact details, job listing content, and billing information.
- Payment information. When you purchase a job posting package or other paid service, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor Woo Commerce and PayPal. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Forms and communications. When you contact us through our contact forms, subscribe to job alerts or newsletters, or leave a comment, we collect the information you submit, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (including language and display settings), measure site traffic, and improve the Site. Login cookies last for two days (or two weeks if you select “Remember me”), and screen options cookies last for a year. If you log out, login cookies are removed.
- Usage data. We collect standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages, which we use for analytics, security, and site improvement.

- Candidate resumes and profiles you choose to post may be visible to registered employers using the Site. Please only include information in your resume that you are comfortable sharing with prospective employers. You can edit or remove your resume at any time from your candidate dashboard.
- Comments you leave, along with your profile picture (via the Gravatar service, if applicable), are visible to the public.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site, such as our hosting provider Planet Hoster, payment processor, email delivery service, and analytics tools. These providers process your information on our behalf and are required to protect it.
- Employers, in the case of resumes and applications you choose to submit or make visible.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Embedded content from other websites

- Resumes remain available until you remove them or delete your account.
- Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
- Transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it securely.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
