By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or misleading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Candidates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may create a profile, upload a resume, and apply for jobs free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You confirm that the information in your profile and resume is truthful and that you have the right to share it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You understand that when you apply for a job, your application and resume are shared with the employer who posted the listing. We are not responsible for how employers use the information you submit to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Employers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may post job listings only for genuine, lawful employment opportunities in accordance with applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job listings must be accurate and must not be misleading, discriminatory, or require payment from candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, your hiring decisions, and your compliance with applicable employment laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing at our discretion, without refund, if it violates these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payments and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paid services (such as job posting packages) are billed at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, WooCommerce and PayPal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices are in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Except where required by law, fees for job posting packages are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Site to collect or harvest personal data of other users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrape, copy, or republish Site content or listings without our written permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with an employer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Site for any purpose other than seeking or offering genuine employment in the travel industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Site, including its design, logo, and original content, is owned by PAX Global Media Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By submitting content (such as job listings, company profiles, or resumes), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the Site for the purpose of operating the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You retain ownership of the content you submit and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-Party Links and Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including employer websites and payment processors.
